Transcore is thrilled to announce our pivotal contribution to the recent approval of a groundbreaking development located at 122 Marine Parade, Cottesloe, Western Australia.
Endorsed by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) on August 17, 2023, this 6-Star Green Star project—dubbed “A Permanent Sculpture by the Sea”—is setting new standards in sustainable luxury living.
Our top-tier traffic engineering services played a critical role in achieving the client’s objectives. Transcore’s team worked diligently with Baltinas to achieve solutions minimising the potential impact on local roads, thereby fulfilling critical Town of Cottesloe’s and WAPC requirements. The proposed development integrates seamless parking solutions with the adjacent, recently approved “Meridian” building at 120 Marine Parade. Both complexes share a single crossover on Napier Street, further minimising transport impact on the community.
This development is a 6-Star Green Star building. Transcore assisted Baltinas’ team and drafted a Green Travel Plan as part of the Development Application stage. This plan outlines sustainable travel options and complements the project’s overarching commitment to environmental stewardship.
We’re delighted to collaborate with a visionary partner, Baltinas, on this forward-thinking development. Stay tuned as we eagerly await the unveiling of this Cottesloe masterpiece!
