Transcore Facilitates Planning Approval for Albemarle’s Australind Village

Transcore is excited to announce our successful collaboration with Element with the development application for the proposed Albemarle Australind Worker Accommodation Village in Western Australia. The project received planning approval at the end of March 2023, paving the way for an 830-person village to be developed at Paris Road, Australind.

As a trusted partner in transport planning and traffic engineering, Transcore has been assisting Albemarle with the operation of its processing plant in Kemerton over the last 5 years. With the current project, our expertise contributed to the project’s approval, allowing construction to move forward.

Currently, earthworks are in progress, and the accommodation units are being constructed in Muchea before being transported to Australind. We are proud to be a part of this significant project.
