Mandoon Estate Winery

This award-wining boutique winery is situated on the bank of the Swan River in Middle Swan. The site accommodates a winery complex including restaurant, function room, beer garden and 16 bungalows with the associated car parking facility. Transcore was involved in design and development application stage of the project as well as project advocating until its final approval was achieved. During the preparation of the Traffic Impact Report, Transcore liaised extensively with MRWA and DPLH to ensure full integration of Mandoon Estate access road system with the State Government’s Reid Highway Extension Project.
