This project is a major mixed-use development located at the recently developed Elizabeth Quay precinct on the Perth Swan River foreshore. The multi-storey complex comprises hotel, office, residential apartment and F&B elements with associated multi-level underground car parking facility. Transcore has been commissioned by D&C Corporation to prepare a Transport Impact Assessment, Integrated Transport Plan, Service & Delivery Management Plan and Access & Car Management Plan as part of the development application process. Transcore liaised extensively with MRA and MRWA to address states conditions and achieve client’s goals. This project is currently under construction.
