Capital Square

The Capital Square project is a major mixed-use development located at the historical Old Emu site in Perth. The hotel, office and residential apartment proposal with associated facilities and parking involved construction of three multi-level towers with a common podium. Transcore was involved in the preparation of Transport Impact Assessment reports for all stages of the project and has worked closely with City of Perth to ensure smooth delivery of the project. Tower 1 has been completed with work on Tower 2 currently being progressed.
