500 Hay Street

This exciting new project marks revival of Subiaco as a new dining and entertainment destination, also providing high-end accommodation and living content. Once fully completed this complex will comprise Vibe Hotel, an office building and F&B element with associated underground parking. Transcore was involved in the preparation of a Transport Impact Assessment report for this development and worked closely with the City of Subiaco to ensure all key design and transport impact criteria has been met. The project has recently been commissioned.
