This 38-storey mixed-use development consists of a residential apartment building, F&B and commercial space components and multi-level underground parking. It has been approved by the local authority and is currently in final stages of detailed design. Transcore was commissioned to prepare a Transport Impact Assessment report, including a number of subsequent technical notes to ensure the proposal meets all local government design and transport impact criteria whilst also achieving the client’s goals.
