
Transcore was part of a multi-disciplinary team which delivered planning approval for a major Large Format Retail expansion at Armadale Road, Treeby, for Satterley Property Group in March 2026.
The approved development forms part of South Central commercial/retail precinct and will deliver over 36,000m² of additional floorspace across seven buildings, including Large Format Retail, a gym and café.
Located on the border of Jandakot and Treeby, the project further strengthens the area’s role as one of Western Australia’s key Large Format Retail nodes, supporting local employment and providing convenient access to major retailers.
Transcore was pleased to support the project as traffic engineers working alongside a multi-disciplinary consultant team.
