We are thrilled to announce that the Catalina Plaza has received approval for development in the Catalina Estate. This new shopping centre will be a vibrant addition to the community facilities, featuring a range of amenities designed to enhance the local lifestyle.
The Catalina Plaza will encompass a 1,400-square metre supermarket, 19 retail tenancies, a childcare centre, a gym, a medical centre, and a veterinary centre. The shopping centre will be constructed on a 2-hectare lot located on Expedition Drive, Catalina Green in Clarkson.
Transcore is proud to have assisted the project team as the traffic engineer for this important project with many challenging issues to overcome. Our team worked closely with the project team to ensure that all traffic-related aspects were thoroughly addressed, facilitating a smooth approval process for the Plaza. By conducting detailed traffic assessments and collaborating with approving authorities, we helped create a plan that supports both the plaza’s operations and the community’s needs.
