Halcyon Wildflower Wins Seniors Living Award at 2026 UDIA WA Awards for Excellence

Transcore is proud to announce its collaboration with Stockland in the development of the Halcyon Lifestyle Village, located at Halcyon Wildflower in Western Australia. This development is the Winner under Seniors Living category sponsored by PURPLE at the 2026 UDIA WA Awards for Excellence. This category recognises projects that pay particular attention to the needs of residents over the age of 55 that present a high standard of overall design and delivery, creating a sense of place while also having a high regard for an energy & water efficient lifestyle.

Notably, Transcore was part of the team that developed the first Land Lease Community (LLC) in Perth, WA, marking a significant milestone in modern community living. This innovative facility is designed to cater to the needs of active adults seeking a vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle.

The Halcyon Lifestyle Village offers a unique blend of modern amenities and a strong sense of community, providing residents with a range of high-quality facilities and services. From beautifully designed homes to landscaped gardens, the village is tailored to enhance the quality of life for its residents.

As part of this project, Transcore provided comprehensive movement planning and traffic impact assessments to ensure that the development meets both current and future movement and transport needs. Our expertise in traffic management and urban movement planning has been instrumental in facilitating a seamless integration of the village into the surrounding area, enhancing accessibility and connectivity for all residents as well as visitors.

The Halcyon Lifestyle Village is more than just a place to live; it’s a community where residents can thrive, engage, and enjoy an active lifestyle. With a focus on sustainability and well-being, this development exemplifies the future of community living.
