Behnam Bordbar - Managing Director

I am Behnam Bordbar – Managing Director

Starting out with a Civil Engineering Degree with a Masters in Highways and Transportation, I now have over 20 years experience working on successful projects across all facets of transportation. My specialities include policy development, strategic planning, infrastructure planning and design, road safety and parking studies, State Administrative Tribunal matters and stakeholder consultation.

Having worked on large multi-disciplinary projects including Town Centre Projects, Master Plans and Structure Plans, I have built up extensive local knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of government and private sector processes which can offer clients and other stakeholders a unique perspective, and can add the vital experience needed to ensure any project’s success.

Robun White - Senior Traffic & Transport Engineer and Modeller

I am Robin White – Senior Traffic & Transport Engineer

Since graduating from UWA with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, I have invested over 25 years into mastering the intricacies of traffic engineering, transport planning and modelling in both the public (DPI) and private sectors in Western Australia. I am a Member of the Institution of Engineers Australia.

My expertise lies in assessing structure plans and major developments, traffic and parking studies, evaluating road networks, intersection analysis, transport modelling, school studies and public consultation.

Previously, at the WA Department for Planning and Infrastructure, major projects I was involved with included:

  • regional road network amendments to the Metropolitan Region Scheme,
  • preparation of three editions of Liveable Neighbourhoods documents, including the street layout, design and traffic management guidelines, and
  • transport modelling with the department’s Strategic Transport Evaluation Model (STEM).

Recent projects include:

  • transport assessments of numerous proposed developments in the Metropolitan Region and Perth central city area,
  • transport assessments of structure plans for future urban development, and
  • transport modelling including rail link options to Perth Airport.

Mohammad Rasouli - Traffic & Transport Engineer / Modeller

I am Mohammad Rasouli – Senior Transport Engineer / Modeller

I’m a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and a registered engineer with the National Professional Engineers Register (NPER) of Australia. My qualifications include a first degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Transportation Engineering(Honours) and I am undertaking a PhD research work at Curtin University.

Having worked both overseas and here in WA, I have gained invaluable experience across a wide variety of projects including transportation modelling, traffic engineering and impact assessment for clients in Western Australia and abroad. I also specialise in demand forecasting as well as evaluating intersections.

I am Vladimir Baltic – Traffic and Transport Engineer

After graduating with Honours from Belgrade University’s Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, I have been involved in a wide range of highly technical projects domestically and internationally, including planning, supervision and management in both public and private sectors. My focus is on traffic, assessment of project, modelling, parking assessments, road safety auditing and intersection analysis using SIDRA.
